Withdraw from Contract

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded at forged-art.com within 14 days, without giving any reason. Fill in the form below and click Confirm withdrawal. We will immediately send a confirmation with the date and time of your withdrawal to your email address.

You can also send us any clear statement of your decision to withdraw, for example using the model form below, by email to forged.art.studio@gmail.com or by post to M.B. Mieczysław Nylec, ul. Sandomierska 55, 39-200 Dębica, Poland. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period ends.

What happens next

Please send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sculptures made to your own specification or clearly personalised, such as a custom size or design agreed with you.
