Description
An eagle grips a rough rock with its talons and spreads its wings wide, head turned to one side as if it has just landed. The long flight feathers are cut one by one and overlap in layers, so the wings look light even though they are steel.
The whole bird has a warm bronze and gold tone that comes from heat treatment of the stainless steel, not from paint. That makes it a different character from our silver eagle landing on a rock, while the build and the level of detail are the same.
It looks impressive by an entrance, on a garden wall or in a large living room. More eagles and other birds are in our animal sculpture collection.
